  • Job Description

  • Perform recruitment function, identify manpower needs and conduct selection process
  • Build good relationship with hiring mangers and relevant parties
  • Assist in formulating, reviewing and executing HR policies and guidelines in compliance with bank’s policies and regulatory requirements
  • Handle other ad hoc projects assigned
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment function. Experience in banking & finance industry is a must.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
