Main Responsibilities :

Supervise team to follow customer enquiries timely in a professional manner as well as transaction confirmation with cardholders and merchants.

Investigate complaint cases referred by related parties like QA / CS / Product Team.

Support daily operations on merchant account opening and maintenance.

Review the service delivery of POS terminals and paper supply to merchants.

Check and follow payments with vendors on POS terminals and paper supply.

Monitor stock with service vendors on POS terminals and paper supply.

Support daily operations on MIL and manual transaction adjustments.

Prepare / review written procedures and enhance or streamline process if needed so as to meet regulatory requirements / business needs.

Advise and review marketing communications in terms of dispute / chargeback resolution / merchant servicing and enquiries.

Support and facilitate UAT for ad hoc / on-going projects.

Participate in meeting to come up with an agreed DisplayQualifications("University graduate or holder of Higher Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies (Banking), business or related disciplines

Over 3 years solid experience in banking operation with 2 years supervisory experience, 2 years project management experience and hands-on to the process.

Knowledge on Visa / MasterCard as well as Union-Pay rules and regulations

Customer oriented. Good communication, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate (both verbal and written) in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

Basic PC skill and good typing skill. Requirements : University graduate or holder of Higher Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies (Banking), business or related disciplines
