We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Product Manager, Intelligence Hub .
RBWM Data and Analytics Teams were recently consolidated into a single organization, within Digital, Data and Development.
This was a conscious strategic choice recognizing that the business model is increasingly digital in nature.
The RBWM Data and Analytics team is transforming and moving from an analytics and Information Management approach which has remained largely the same over the last ten years or so to one that is focused on delivering services to power the experiences, operations and business decision through the smart use of data and intelligence.
The Intelligence Hub provides the team with enduring capability to power these outputs and delivers the necessary transformation to move the team towards this vision.
The Intelligence Hub will be a global capability and services will be shared globally and regionally as appropriate.
The services will be created as a series of products which provide customer data and analytic solutions to enhance a customer experience, drive improved insight to business decision makers or information to our regulators.
These products will utilise reusable capabilities such as the core data platform, reporting and visualization tools, but will be designed specifically to solve a customer or business problem.
These products will likely have their own lifecycle and typically start off as a minimum loveable products in one markets, before being developed further and rollout to markets.
Products will range from a suit of visualisations or dashboards, to models, or even small applications or widget shared directly with customers and staff which includes sales quality tools, next best investment.
The product managers' role is to manage the development of these products and own the requirements development and lifecycle of the each product on behalf of the business.
The product manager will draw on the expertise of the wider team to deliver the products, and be the face of the product with the business stakeholders including proposition and product teams.
Extensive experience of data and analytic experience in the development and delivery of data.
Experience operating in digital environments preferred
Good understanding of AI or ML techniques and toolings
Product management experience in Digital based context preferred
Relevant experience of cloud based data platforms, data warehousing, and general data pipelines
Reasonable skills and experience of delivering and working with self-service analytics and reporting platforms including Qlik, Tableau etc.
Proven experience and background developing risk and control frameworks to effectively manage and mitigate risks associated with data
Demonstrated knowledge of data structure, data systems and tools and related software and data management policies and practices in a complex organizational environment
Proven record of effective leadership, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, building teams and consensus, getting things done through others not directly under his or her supervision; and working ethically
Strong leadership skills, demonstrated strategic and critical thinking capacity
Proven experience leading large business initiatives, as well as leading a data delivery teams working in complex matrixed environments
Excellent strategic, analytic and problem solving skills
Ability to work on multiple, complex products and initiatives simultaneously
