Assistant HR & Admin Manager (Japanese MNC) Description RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a team and responsible for full range of HR & Admin tasks Plan and execute recruitment activities in Hong Kong to attract the very right talents for the company Monitor daily C&B administration tasks and process monthly payroll Roll out training & development programs initiated by headquarters to cope with the corporate people development strategy Organize various employee relations programs including CSR events, corporate culture programs, etc.
