Regional representative of the global team that has ownership of Adobe Analytics
Evangelising best practices for the use of Adobe Analytics to drive improvements in customer experiences
Providing third line support for Analytics implementations and Web Analytics initiatives.
Feeding into the global team analytics roadmap for improving Web Analytics maturity, taking into account any new requirements that are coming through the local markets.
Helping drive the upgrade of Adobe Analytics Tag Libraries and the implementation of best practice data processing and classification techniques within the tool as per the global roadmap.
Helping prioritise effort and support requests for Adobe Analytics. Assisting with onboarding and offboarding data sets to and from Adobe Analytics
Demonstrable deep understanding of Adobe Analytics including data processing logic and administrative functions.
Understanding of marketing technologies and digital advertising measurement.
Understanding and hands on experience of Adobe Analytics.
Strong understanding of Tag Management and Data layer creation and management
Strong Analytical and Presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence teams without direct leadership authority
Understanding of agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes and practices
Strong understanding of Digital business, while experience with ecommerce, travel, lifestyle, and or other consumer product development is a strong advantage.
A strong problem solver, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
Customer focussed, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines
Demonstrates flexibly when addressing
Shifting or competing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable.
Energetic, positive attitude and team player.
