Technical Manager/ Assistant Technical Manager


  • Lead and manage a team of professional / technical staff to discharge the repair and planned maintenance duties for our managed properties
  • Oversee / carry out project management duties for renovations, project works and consultants management
  • Manage client’s requests on technical related services and participation of regular & ad hoc meetings
  • Facilitate technical specifications and requirements for all the self-performing maintenance and improvement works
  • Provide technical review / analysis / recommendation on green and energy efficiency initiatives and technologies
  • Carry out regular review and administrative duties of the procurement strategies and process
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Building Studies, Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • 8 years relevant experience with not less than 2 years of supervisory level in Facility Management
  • Corporate Member of HKIS / RICS / HKICM / MCIOB / CEng MCIBSE, registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A / B) or recognized Environmental Officer certificate is an advantage
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate in Grade A / B is preferable
  • Mature, self-motivated, presentable and excellent communication skill
  • Conversant with statutory regulations and requirements in Hong Kong
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience / qualification will be considered for the post of ASSISTANT TECHNICAL MANAGER)
