Regional Business Manager - Sportswear Description Key Responsibilities : Set and achieve Budgeted Net Sales and Margin / Profit targets for all Distributors.

Build and maintain strong positive relationship with key distributor partners across the region by developing strategic alliances to drive brand share within their businesses Conduct monthly business review meetings with each distributor Maintain & execute monthly Scorecards for each distributor Ensure rolling business plans are built and maintained for each Distributor Provide Monthly Business updates on all distributors on how they are performing against Budget / Plan Complete weekly work in progress reports Facilitate seasonal trade shows & sell ins with all Distributors ensuring all sell ins are executed correctly and maximum outcomes are achieved Requirements :

  • Proven entrepreneurial and commercial skills
  • Strong product and selling skills
  • Persuasive sales and presentation skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Sound experience and tertiary education preferred
  • Strong numeric, analytical, excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven negotiation skills and determined self-starter
  • Outgoing and sociable with a willingness to spend time with customers after hours
