The Department

Our Member Experience Marketing Department is to enhance Membership Value Proposition, drive member engagement and attract target member groups through targeted lifestyle programming and holistic marketing communications.

We develop strategic lifestyle programming & experiences focusing on Member’ passion points at the Clubhouses and Racecourse to emotionally engage members with the Club & each other.

Engage Members through sophisticated marketing communications content and channels to promote our Membership Value Proposition and a full range of differentiated lifestyle programs.

You will :

  • Support the development of Membership marketing playbook (guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity, photo library, typography, dos & dont) for member facing communications and experience programming across the Club’s five passion points.
  • Support the revitalization of current tactical marketing creative assets and develop toolkits which include a full suite of activation tools from digital, print and POS collaterals to enable on-brand and efficient rollout of campaigns.
  • Leverage market and consumer insights to provide direction on campaign strategies such as positioning and messaging to the retail / program / Clubhouse & Racecourse GMs to ensure promotional campaigns achieve business and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the team to develop marketing collaterals for online & offline including but not limited to DM, eDM, web, app, print and on premise.

    About You

    You should have / be :

  • A university degree in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing or advertising in a sizable organisation. Marketing agency or consultancy experience also desired.
  • An established track record in developing communication projects for world-class organisations.
  • Skills in branding, marketing & communications project and account management.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage.
  • Energetic, creative, collaborative and be able to engage co-workers in achieving goals
