What You’ll Be Doing
It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll :
Drive sales growth to meet annual sales targets
Manage key accounts and if needed, assign field responsibility and territory / account allocation to individual field force to ensure adequate coverage.
Provide guidance to team members to establish account profile for better understanding of market dynamics and identify sales opportunities, and help to develop working relationship with appropriate personnel within the strategic accounts
Coach and mentor field force to improve clinical and sales professionalism, e.g. customer objection handling tactics, use of sales aids, sales presentations, and product demo etc.
Support and assist team members to set agreeable yet challenging goals and objectives to direct and motivate team members towards attaining company’s financial targets.
Inspire team members to derive appropriate sales tactics and action programs in alignment with the overall marketing strategies.
Supervise and manage field sales people to perform overall sales and promotional activities and ensure good performance skills
Disseminate company strategies and management information to team members effectively
Do you have what takes to build a career here?
5 years of sales experience in healthcare industry or above
Experience in hospital selling for surgical product and medical devices or has strong clinical background is an advantage
Good communication skills, presentation skills and sales management experience
