We are currently seeking an associate who works within the Asia Technology COO office to support talent management, governance and transformation initiatives of the department.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Drive & implement employee engagement activities, which includes but not limit to career development, mentoring and mobility programs
Partner with recruiters to shape and implement the recruitment strategies to attract talent
Manage new hire orientation and onboarding experiences for new joiners
Collaborate with technology managers and talent development team to identify training needs and arrange training programs that facilitate employee development and meet the current and future needs of the technology department
Produce workforce analytics and reports that support decisions on people initiatives
Partner with technology management and project managers to compile technology project portfolio that aligns with business and technology strategies
Report regularly the delivery of technology projects and highlight delivery risks to stakeholders
Track and report regularly the performance scorecard of technology including project delivery, risk and stability, workforce and financials
Encourage best practice and experience sharing throughout the transformation journey
Celebrate the wins in small ways, reinforcing the cycle and keep the momentum
Promote all the trainings and available materials that can support the transformation
Measure the progress and share the outcome of transformation for continuous improvement
Degree holder with minimum 5 years working experience, previous IT management or consulting experience will be an advantage
Good communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels and departments in the organization
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Multi-tasking skills and be able to operate in fast-paced working environment
