Job Description Summary

The role of the Team Lead Talent Partners will be to help support the Manager Talent Partners in the leadership and management of the Talent Partners function.

Ensuring all team members are owning and managing the sourcing strategy with relevant Recruitment Business Partners, engaging with candidates ahead of demand to ensure that the client is positioned positively in the external market.

A key component of this role will be to help with coaching of the team in designing and utilising innovative sourcing strategies to attract and talent pool candidates using insights and market intelligence, ensuring that along with the Recruitment Business Partners we can deliver an excellent service to both Hiring Managers and Candidates.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assisting the Manager Talent Partners in ensuring the Talent Partner function is partnering with Recruitment Managers and Business Partners to develop the Candidate strategy for each role, interpreting resourcing plans, defining role requirements, allocating requisitions and developing innovative engagement options including networking, headhunting and the use of world class research tools.
  • Assisting the Manager Talent Partners in ensuring the Talent Partner function is owning and constantly developing top quality talent pools, and to identify areas where there are gaps within qualified candidate pools and where new candidates need to be identified.
  • Helping to coach and inspire the team to realise their full potential
  • Ensure delivery of standard reports within defined timeframes, through systems data integrity
  • Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends
  • Through ongoing learning and development constantly ensuring the team are aware of recruitment best practice tools and methodologies (e.
  • g., sourcing techniques, technology enhancements)

  • Identify areas of process improvement and service enhancement
  • Position Requirements

    We would like to hear from you if you have :

  • Recruitment / sourcing experience (in-house or RPO, Banking / Financial Services industry preferred)
  • Proven team leadership capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and a strong and confident communicator
  • Seasoned relationship builder and ability to find a solution to a wide range of situations
  • Exceptional research, sourcing and strategic talent pooling skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for candidate relationships and engagement
  • Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases ideally Taleo and Avature
