The appointee is required to travel to the site frequently and station occasionally in the Guangdong province.
A good honours degree in Architecture / Building Construction Management / Building Engineering or related disciplines and full membership of HKIA / HKIE / similar professional bodies, with a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as Green Card ) issued by the organisations recognised by the Commissioner for Labour, and at least 15 years’ relevant qualification in leading large scale building projects, preferably in the Mainland China.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) as well as good analytical and interpersonal skills are required.
Substantial experience in higher educational institutions and / or experience in managing government subvention projects, and ability to use AutoCAD and Revit are preferred.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
