Short Description : Looking for IT business analysts in Hong Kong.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Work with business to gather and document business and IT requirements.

Work with internally to align on status and present findings.

Formulate large amount of data to make it easy to understand.

Capture and communicate business direction, challenges, and requirements.

Facilitate Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and design of to-be processes.

Appropriately challenge status quo of business and encourage positive changes.

Lead BPR / Requirements workshops. Facilitate communications and solution alignment between Business Units and IT Technical teams.

Skills / Competencies :

Essential :

4+ years of IT experience.

Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science / Related discipline

Client facing skills.

IT project delivery experience in agile or traditional waterfall methodology is required.

Good language skill : English and Cantonese a must, and Mandarin as optional.

Preferred :

Support planning, designing IT products and applications to meet the customer needs.

Provide an escalation point for solution analysts in order to deliver business solutions that include technology implementations and / or adaptations.

Experience of leading a small team.

Additional Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Keep abreast of latest trends in technology, industry and corresponding business domain
