Job Purpose :
To implement card usage campaigns for existing DSB credit card customers and achieve business target on account receivable, point-of-sales and fee income growth.
Main Responsibilities :
Assist in the development and execution of card usage marketing programs and partnership development with merchants to deliver business targets
Support digital payment programs and innovative projects to stimulate card usage and enhance customer experience
Coordinate with internal parties, partners, or vendors to deliver marketing campaigns in a quality and timely manner
Liaise with advertising agency and to produce quality marketing collateral (including webpage maintenance)
Monitor campaign response and prepare the program result tracking
Budget and expenses management (including invoice settlement)
Incumbent Requirements :
Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
With at least 4 years of experience in marketing
Experience in product management of retail banking or credit card products is preferable
Good team player, detail oriented and strong communication skills
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
