Key Responsibilities :
Solution strategy and road mapping
Lead a small team to establish and define the program vision
Lead a small team on the development of the overall solution strategy and roadmap for office automation
Develops business cases, formulate plans, estimate resources and identify timing for execution
Requirements gathering
Collects and organizes operational requirements and effectively translate business needs into relevant and scalable technology solutions
Solution selection / vendor selection
Defines and scopes the necessary projects and initiatives
Leads the solution selection process, including drafting, issuing, and reviewing RFIs / RFPs
Solution Implementation
Manages the execution of all OA / HR / ERP and office automation projects
Ensures project deliverables are met on time, within scope, budget with a focus on project quality, following project management methodologies
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Mandatory
Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred
PMP or Prince 2 certified
IT Skills
10+ years in PLSQL, SQL and Oracle Database
5 years in C++, Java, JavaScript and HTML
10+ years on Windows, Unix and Linux Platform
5 years in Shell Script
Work Experience
At least 10 years hands on experience in IT industry with proven experiences in OA / HR / ERP and office automation system delivery with successful implementation references
Functional / Technical Expertise
Solid experience on Oracle systems design and implementation
Experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions
Demonstrated capabilities to think strategically, tactically and operationally
Experienced in managing end-to-end project life cycles with other divisions’ stakeholders
Strong people management skills.
