  • To support Transaction Banking East business in delivering business requirements and coordination activities.
  • The role is focused on supporting in driving business performance / results through a) facilitating the implementation of Bank-wide and TB initiatives b) supporting discussions and decision-making at various forums / committees c) delivering efficiency, change, and business performance agendas.

  • Assist with preparation of management business reviews, performance updates, and associated research, analysis, and presentation
  • Business

  • Assist with preparation of management business reviews, performance updates, and associated research, analysis, and presentation
  • Support tracking performance and cost to budget and identifying risks and opportunities to delivering the targeted business performance.
  • Assist in delivering management information to meet the needs of business and assist in coordination of learning and development initiatives such as training workshops, staff surveys, etc.
  • Coordinate and support business engagements with other teams / partners in the Bank.
  • Coordinate business meetings and help in escalations with stakeholders and support functions (eg. Pre-MBR, Offsite, Product Forums etc).
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, papers, and review material to support discussions and decision making at various forums (e.
  • g. TBMT / PGC / CIBMT / RMT / ALCO / CEF, etc)

  • Facilitate internal communication (e.g., business update, team calls, town halls, press release, Bridge) as well as brand / marketing related activities (e.
  • g., awards / client events, industry / proprietary forums, etc)

    Business Administration

  • Maintain Org charts and coordinate with business support / assistant to maintain Distribution lists
  • Coordinate and consolidate information requested from stakeholder and managements
  • Processes

  • Help simplifying and standardizing operational processes and procedures.
  • Governance

  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
  • Perform Departmental Continuity Coordinator (DCC) duties by assisting department head and Country Business Continuity Manager (BCM) to formulate recovery strategies, implement Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and raise awareness of continuity planning issues.
  • Manage delegated authorities, systems access approvals and client portfolio tagging, clean up and governance.

  • Strong organisational skills and process discipline in order to drive multiple agendas

  • Multi-cultural awareness. Proven success of working effectively with people of different backgrounds
  • Graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking
