YOUR ROLE AS A DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER :

  • Work with digital / media / PR / KOL agencies to plan media, monitor progress of digital content creation and KOL management
  • Manage and Execute campaigns content, copywriting and video posting (in house KOL) on different social-media platforms
  • Overseer of social account and support brand teams about marketing communications and multi-media agencies
  • Consolidate digital & PR measurements (e.g. digital KPI tracking, social listening) for optimization
  • Handle or channel consumer inquiries originating on brand’s social platforms

    Communication Skill

    Good communication and presentation skills to explain complex information internally / externally

    Excellent verbal and writing communication in local language & strong English communication

    REQUIREMENT :

  • MUST know Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • At least 5 years of working experience in relevant digital / social areas
