The Job

Be responsible for the reward management and engagement program on FWD MAX platform Follow up redemption orders and coordinate with all related logistic parties to ensure smooth operation Handle and follow up members enquiry and redemption service Prepare promotional materials plus reward page setup via CMS and rewards copywriting Assist manager to execute channel engagement campaigns to improve platform performance and achieve the team KPI Support the campaigns launch and system development for customer and channel’s engagement Assist the team to execute Ad-Hoc projects and digital marketing strategies to achieve the team KPI Provide full administrative support including monthly payment handling The Person 4-5 years related working experience in marketing Systematic, detail-oriented, efficient and able to handle multiple tasks with discretion Solid experience in channel marketing in driving business growth in distribution channels Organized and energetic with a positive working attitude Team player with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese University degree in business, marketing or a related discipline Candidates with more experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
