Responsible for producing high-quality content that engages internal employees that builds awareness and trust on projects being delivered.
The Transformation Communications Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects and be responsible for the overall communications approach.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, with brilliant presentation and organisational skills.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build employee trust and awareness.
Create informative and engaging flyers, posters, videos, newsletters, and email communication campaigns.
Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all communication materials.
Work with different teams to generate new ideas and strategies that result in positive messaging to the employees who will be using the new technologies and processes being deployed.
Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
Participate in daily stand-up meetings with multiple resources from internal resources and third parties.
Meet with business users to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties such as vendors and system integrators.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Well-organized and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and independently.
Extensive sector domain knowledge and able to work with senior management.
Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua / Mandarin speaking and writing ability is an advantage.
Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
