We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Digital and Proposition .

Principal Responsibilities

  • Support and drive the global roll out of ecosystem capabilities with active collaboration with local implementation team with aspiration to extend HSBC network to deliver the GBB growth agenda
  • Engage markets for assessment of competitive landscape, market opportunities, customer needs / pains, applicability of capabilities and business benefits
  • Support the market network activation development, co-design the proposition and commercialization strategy with local team
  • Provide support on business model development, including client coverage, AOP planning, servicing support, marketing support
  • Support the design, development and deployment of new and future-proof capability and product features
  • Support the design, implement, and run an ongoing operational utility for maintaining the ecosystem capabilities
  • Define the partnership selection, prioritisation and engagement model from bank platform perspective and guide local teams to develop in-market partnership
  • Identify and prioritise partnership engagement from bank platform perspective, and manage the global relationship with partners and vendors relating to CMB ecosystem strategy
  • Work with global & regional risk stewards & GPGC / RPGC for related approvals and documentation, and to facilitate country to obtain country level approvals
  • Support implementation of all ecosystem COE change initiatives and ensure all outcomes are delivered on time and on budget
  • Support CoE lead to monitor programme level financials, address programme level risks and issues, and to coordinate order book from markets on system enhancement
  • Requirements

  • Experience in driving digital initiatives and omni-channel strategy implementation, especially from the product commercialization perspective
  • Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, presentation and influencing
  • Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
  • Strong business acumen to come up with innovative business model with pragmatic thinking on the step-by-step commercialization plan
  • Good understanding of Commercial Banking business and products, preferably in managing digital initiatives and digital channels
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin will be a plus
