Reconcile credit card associations' settlement and journal entries posting in bank general ledgers
Reconcile cardholder and merchant payment transactions in issuing and acquiring business
Ensure the reconciliation and monitoring of card financial transactions under the agreed service level and standard
Follow proper operations procedures with controls which are in place to safeguard the service quality
Look for opportunity to improve either in process redesign, streamlining and / or through system automation
Participate in project support tasks including requirement analysis, testing
Assist manager in the execution and ensure team work
Diploma / Degree Holder (preferable)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations / finance / accounting team
Have experience in either card association settlement, cardholder & merchant payment processing, or basic understanding of finance / accounting
Have project support / process improvement experience (preferable)
Ability to follow operations process with proper controls
