Your new role
As a Regional Head of CDD, you will be looking after 3 teams from different regions, to provide leadership, day-to-day people oversight, and workload management for the client onboarding staffs.
Lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout the team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Partner with internal senior stakeholders to review regulatory change, industry patterns, external events, etc to proactively identify existing and emerging operational risks at country and entity level.
Facilitate the onboarding of clients directly as well as resolve day to day matters for the regulatory onboarding team through coordination with different stakeholders.
Play a key role in the ongoing development of both tactical processes and long-term technology solutions to support regulatory onboarding requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
15+ years of working experiences in the relevant field in CDD Operations in the corporate banking field with 8+ years of experiences in team management.
Experience in regional team management is preferred.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin.
Bachelor degree in the related field.
