In line with the company growth in Asia Pacific, we invite candidates to apply and join our group.Your Responsibilities : Assist the sales team with offer preparationProvide quality value added services to the Sales Team in terms of preparation of PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, etc Updating and maintaining a quality database of market research from CIC and other reputable sourcesUpdating and maintaining of the Sales Drive, to ensure all latest product information and documentation is in placeFollow up on material requirements through the stock plan database and ensure sufficient availability to meet given delivery time frameEnsure all required documents are in place for delivery processing and workflow according to Standard Operating ProceduresAble to communicate with engineering team on product substitution and keep the Sales Team up to date on all changesSeek for continuous customer service and operational process improvementPerform other related tasks and projects, as assigned by the supervisorsYour benefits Attractive remuneration packageGood career development opportunitiesProfessional training will be provided Your Profile : Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related disciplineAt least 4 years of relevant experience in customer service and account receivable rolePrior experience in accounting / shipping / logistic / customer service an advantageProfessional customer services and problem-
