(Senior) Human Resources Officer

Our client is a Hong Kong conglomerate which has diverse business in Hong Kong and London. They are now looking for a (senior) Human Resources Officer to cover all-

round HR functions. Directly report to the HR Assistant General Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle full spectrum of HR services including compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, training and employee relations functions, group medical insurance and liaising with insurance vendors.
  • Manage new hires orientation, termination, internal transfer related administration and processes.
  • Identify and analyze training needs, assist to design and develop training plan, search training information, coordinate with external trainers and arrange the training programs;
  • Support the HR Head to follow up on talent development programs and to organize staff relations activities such as annual dinner, staff outing and CSR program;
  • Prepare management reports including Headcount report, Training analysis, Recruitment analysis and Summary of Exit Interview, etc.
  • Participate in HR system implementation project, arrange and conduct the communication sessions during the implementation stage
  • Support on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Requirements :

  • 5-8years of human resources experience in sizeable organizations.
  • Diploma or degree in human resources management, business, language or related discipline.
  • Knowledge of HRIS - Flex would be an advantage
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
  • Good communication skills, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with tight deadline
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, good team player, detail-minded with the ability to work independently
