The jobholder will also play a crucial part in developing the site in a way that creates a useful, intuitive and easy user experience, liaising closely with many different teams and departments to understand their requirements.
This role is ideal for someone with copywriting experience, preferably digital, as this will take up the majority of time on the role.
They will also require project management experience in order to manage the numerous stakeholders across different departments.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Internal Communications Manager and Head of Internal Communications and Engagement on developing new content and updating existing content for the new digital employee portalWork with relevant departments to ensure content is on brand, in the right style and follows the digital communications guidelines and tone of voiceAdvise and recommend on best approach for content and how it may feature on the portal, with the user experience in mindLiaise with all areas of the company to meet their communication needs with relevant content generationWork with the wider project team to ensure content is added in a timely manner in preparation for launchWork with agencies and / or vendors to build the portalRequirementsBachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Content or related Business field5 -
6 years’ relevant experience English writing copySpecific digital communications experience would be advantageous, including building intranets and internetsStrong project management and organisational skillsStrong written skills in English, Traditional Chinese is advantageousAgency management experience advantageousTechnical skills and understanding of the online user experience to develop tools and content across various digital communications channels including mobile, social, app and sharepoint.
