KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION SUMMARY : The Executive Assistant provides a range of administrative support services to the CFO, Asia Pacific and the Finance executive management.
S / he maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency and communication, and also deals with a wide range of sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities :
Provides a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the CFO and Finance executive management including arranging and organizing meetings, attending and taking minutes with follow up on required actions
Manages calendars including meeting schedules and appointments
Prepares and consolidates various reports, documents and presentations
Coordinates travel arrangements such as flight itineraries, hotel bookings, and accommodation for the management team as well as for guests
Responsible for all correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing materials and information
Undertakes and provides support on special assignments or projects as requested by the CFO and Finance executive management
Manages sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Coordinates and organizes team activities and events
Performs ad hoc duties as required and / or assigned
Requirements :
Degree holder with 5+ years of related working experience at MNC serving the senior / executive management
Experienced in creating presentations and handling executive-level reports
Good time-management and organization skills, committed with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Detail oriented, team player with can do attitude and strong communication skill
Proficient in Microsoft Applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent command of spoken and written English
