Senior Manager, Human Resources
Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources for Hong Kong, the incumbent will be a trusted advisor and a change advocate for the business.

S / he will support the design and execution of people agenda which aligns to the overall business strategy of CIGNA Hong Kong.

This includes but not limited to talent acquisition, talent development, staff engagement, organizational design, succession planning, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and HR operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities :

Understand business priorities thoroughly and involve in the design and development of the business-enabling people agenda.

Provide both strategic and operational HR advice and services to business in driving company-wide transformational people initiatives and change programmes.

Deliver HR strategies and priorities such as future-state workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, and employee engagement.

Define and execute the company’s Employee Value Proposition with the purpose of enhancing employees’ journey and experience.

Derive initiatives which would promote the desirable Company’s culture.

Manage talent review, development and succession planning in consultation with the business.

Review compensation and benefits for employees to ensure company’s competitiveness and equity among employees.

Partner with business and Finance in budget planning and forecast.

Formulate and implement HR policies and projects as required.

Prepare HR-related metrics and management reporting.

Provide coaching to other team members.

Any ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Qualifications :

Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in the financial industry

Experience in deriving HR policies in accordance with regulatory development in Financial Institutions will be an advantage

Demonstrated high proficiency in a broad array of HR functional competencies

Strong partnership mindset and genuine interest in championing people initiatives

Ability to manage competing priorities and be flexible in roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Written and Spoken)
