Reporting to the Director of the Centre, the appointee will be responsible for providing support in the operation of the Centre and conducting quality policy-oriented research for a broad range of social-economic issues.
Occasional travels to Mainland / overseas may be required.
A Bachelor's degree, preferably with a research-oriented Master’s degree (e.g. MPhil) with at least 7 years’ relevant post-qualification experience and experience in conducting academic research.
ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure to solve problems with tact and diplomacy; and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) are required.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
