What You'll Do

  • Performance marketing with an 80% focus on performance display and retargeting and 20% on other exciting channels
  • Drive Klook's digital acquisition efforts through prospecting and retargeting campaigns across all funnels in the channels
  • Manage and optimize performance display & retargeting campaigns towards communicated KPIs
  • Constant A / B testing - always-on "test, learn and apply" mindset.
  • Custom audience segments, messaging, ad formats, new adtech solutions etc
  • Implement best practices, tools and processes that will enable best in class performance and work streams.
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report out on performance display and retargeting channel performance data, industry trends and business data to create actionable insights;
  • through the use of dashboards (such as Google Data Studio), Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets etc.

    What You'll Need

  • At least 7-10 years' experience with programmatic display (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad / data networks, exchanges etc) and / or retargeting.
  • Experience in both consolidated and fragmented inventory markets, and integration / operations with key players in the space : Criteo, GDN, etc.
  • Some experience with other performance channels such as paid search, mobile app marketing etc
  • A spreadsheet ninja - intermediate / expert level with Microsoft Excel (pivot table especially) and Google Sheets
  • A logical and methodical thinker who is able to weave data and insights into beautiful story (and tell the story) - think Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Experience in the travel vertical
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing eco-system, conversion and online customer acquisition.
  • Some experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a must.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and to deliver quality results within tight timelines.
  • Out of the box thinker who doesn't say no to obstacles without trying.
  • A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required.
