Our Client, a Global Beauty Brand, now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position :

Retail Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

  • Assist manager in managing frontline staff and ensure effective and efficient retail operations including but not limited to recruitment, training, payroll, field deployment etc.
  • Assist manager to facilitate frontline training to maximize the customer service standard, sales and profitability
  • Coordinate with teammates for new retail store(s) and promotional events set up
  • Manage overall daily retail shop operations and ensure effective communication between office and retail store(s)
  • Prepare regular analytical reports for manager’s review
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required to operations and business needs
  • Provide field support if necessary
  • Job Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Business / Management / Marketing or related discipline
  • 1-2 years relevant experience and preferably in retail brands
  • Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills
  • Good numerical sense, highly independent and well organized
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
