Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of sales to implement sales strategy in order to achieve optimum sales and profit results
  • Enforce the implementation of operating standard i.e. inventory management, reporting & shop administration
  • Motivate the team to maintain effective clientele and customer experience
  • Contribute and implement marketing programs to enhance brand’s awareness
  • Act as a project leader on rolling out retail strategy like customer experience program
  • Requirements :

  • Tertiary education or above
  • A minimum of 6 years’ retail experience with at least 2 years’ at management level in shop to manage sales and operations
  • Able to lead and drive performance and customer service
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Professional requirements
