Based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, Global Markets, and to the Head of SPS Asia Pacific, the person will be in charge of defining the marketing strategy for the region and delivering product marketing material supporting APAC MARK sales activities in EQD, FIC and XAS

  • MARK marketing production :
  • Maintain a high level of marketing production and a high quality marketing support to sales
  • Support MARK / SPS in the new product development : product push, analysis / backtesting, sales training
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to (1) ensure compliance of the marketing with applicable guidelines & regulation, and to (2) manage any regulation changes and their impacts on marketing documents
  • Ensure information sharing between the other marketing platforms
  • Definition of MARK marketing strategy :
  • Engage pro-actively with sales and SPS to identify their marketing needs
  • Work with management and COMM to position MARK offer in the region
  • Contribute to digital transformation and explore new digital marketing tools
  • Manager industry awards
  • Implement transversal initiatives to promote internally MARK expertise
  • Supervision and management of Asia Pacific MARK marketing team :
  • Ensure proper training of junior staff
  • Manage turnover of the team
  • Anticipate smoothly evolution of the team with the management and HR
  • Management of marketing budget in relation with DFIN
  • Profile required
