Our client, from Government sector, is now looking for to join their professional team.
Supervise a team of staff in administering financial scheme, including preparatory work for new initiatives, provision of support in scheme administration, reviewing and approving applications
Assist in handling office accommodation and staff recruitment matters in relating to the scheme
Assist in preparing replies to complaints, appeals, general enquiries and enquiries / referrals from District Council members, non-
governmental organizations, concern groups
Perform specific scheme supports duties e.g. hotline service, review of the vetting guidelines, user acceptance test, statistical returns, disbursement of payment
Assist in publicity work relating to the scheme
Provide executive support in office administration
Undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers
Permanent residents of the HKSAR
Adequate command of both Chinese and English
Bachelor Degree or above holder
At least two year full-time work experience in administration work
With experience at supervisory level in the Government / public sector organization or experience in administering Government Scheme is an advantage
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with meeting the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 in the two language paper (Chinese and English) in the Common Recruitment Examination or equivalent
Good knowledge in using Office software
Good interpersonal and communication skills
