Global real estate business
Based in Hong Kong
Requires an organised administrative and business management professional.
A real estate investment management and advisory company is currently seeking a Business Manager to take ownership of the administration and organisation of their global database and CRM systems.
The Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and Directors of the business to ensure that rigorous systems are put in place to keep the client database up to date and easily accessible to team members.
As well as this, the Manager will be required to take on a research role; for example, preparing research packs on clients, competitors and real estate investment news to be distributed to colleagues globally, so fluent communication skills in English will be essential for this role.
Take full responsibility for the global CRM systems for the business
Directly report to the MD & Directors in Hong Kong
Work closely with the team assistants in the business to stay up to date with Directors’ schedules
Take on fortnightly research projects to keep the business updated of global real estate news
Assist Directors with ad hoc duties and administrative task when necessary
Perform daily administration support to the whole office
Any additional ad hoc duties as and when required.
The successful candidate will have the following requirements :
Higher education in Business Management / Administration or relevant discipline'
Minimum of at least 6 years’ experience in a CRM or administrative role
Experience in a real estate related industry is required
A good communicator and team player
Extremely well organised and able to problem solve
Reliable and willing to take up responsibilities
Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential
Computer literate in MS office and able to pick up new systems quickly.
