The Job

  • Supporting the day to day operational delivery for promotional marketing requests including new eCRM, digital campaigns, offers, rewards and content
  • Setup and management of campaigns, offers, rewards and promotions including templates, communications, workflow / journeys
  • Accuracy of content for campaigns
  • Testing of campaigns, offers and rewards
  • Tracking of campaigns, offers and rewards
  • Pre / post campaign analysis
  • Digital campaign management and delivery

  • Assist the CRM Manager and the wider team in the execution of all eCRM, offers, rewards and digital campaigns
  • Setup of campaigns and offers / rewards within marketing automation tools or relevant systems include communication templates, send rules, workflow / journeys, audience selection, media selection and relevant tracking
  • Working closely with wider team to support campaign, offer / reward entry and checking / verification to ensure flawless delivery of campaign / offers and ensure campaign and offer creative and copy is received on time and campaigns are deployed in line with strategy
  • Carries out the end to end testing of campaigns and offers / rewards
  • Ensure that all campaigns are briefed to relevant stakeholders within defined timelines and that all teams are aware of each campaign
  • Assist the CRM Manager in the delivery of pre and post campaign analysis ideally with experience of A / B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Sets up the tagging of email and digital campaigns to ensure these are properly tracked
  • Assist the wider team with ad hoc tasks as and when required
  • The Role

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an eCRM / digital marketing campaign role with relevant industry experience
  • Knowledge of campaign management toolsets experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and wider Salesforce tools is preferable
  • Ability to work within a structured environment with dependent timelines and SLAs
  • Able to operate under pressure when issues may escalate or timelines demand
  • Great attention to detail, ensuring that deliverables meet requirements
  • A well-organised, process orientated, and positive approach
  • Must be able to prioritise workload
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
