THE OPPORTUNITY DLA Piper's Litigation and Regulatory team are skilled in litigation, arbitration, investigations and alternative disputes resolution.
We have the local knowledge to apply context to legal issues and develop case strategies. Our global reach allows us to provide you with an international platform to work on complex and interesting cases.
Representing multi-national clients in commercial disputes and arbitrations, the key focus of the role will be domestic and cross boarder construction disputes.
Acting for a diverse client and sector base, the successful candidate will gain direct experience in all aspects of disputes avoidance, management and resolution of high quality, highly complex disputes in the infrastructure, construction and transport sectors.
This role will be based in our Hong Kong office, the successful candidate will have proven case management skills and be given the opportunity to work independently under expert guidance.
