Primary Duties :
Manage logistics for CLASS 101
Serve as the point-person for all campaigns
Provide leadership and assist in all aspects of host gatherings
Provide leadership and development for small groups
Recruit and develop volunteers to manage logistics for baptisms and communion
Guide baptism strategy
Provide supportive leadership for development for campus
Function as Campus Pastor in his absence
Liaison to Central Support
Recruit, develop and lead volunteers
Provide pastoral support at weekend services
Other general pastoral duties as needed
Experience & Qualifications :
Previous pastoral and small groups ministry experience desired
Ability to teach and communicate the core truths of scripture
A heart to serve
Strong leadership experience
A flexible approach to changing priorities and duties
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail. Can develop processes
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, email, and social media
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience; Seminary is preferred
