Within our Tom Ford Beauty team, you will be the key driver in establishing and deploying the regional Education strategy.
This includes ensuring consistent Tom Ford Luxury Service standards throughout the region, implementing the global training strategy, and leading digital content creation with regional adaptations relevant to target markets and channels in APAC.
You will be taking a lead role in key product category training such as Skincare and Face, where Asian Consumer leads the trend.
What You Will Achieve
In leading the Regional Education & Training capabilities, you will collaborate with the Global team and partner with local market Brand Managers and National Sales Managers in ensuring local relevancy in global training content
Be a regional champion of creating regionally and locally relevant digital learning content that speaks to our APAC consumers
Drive Asian relevant luxury in-store experiences in Tom Ford by further improving Tom Ford APAC productivity per store / per FTE, and lead the execution of instore interactive digital experience and digital service experiences
Standardize and develop Tom Ford in-store operations through market visits in the region to assess the level of service quality, execution, competencies and ability to deliver customer retention
Establish and monitor appropriate KPI Metrics, such as number of services offered, retention, productivity, transactions, traffic and conversion rate, as well as report findings and provide recommendations
What You Will Need
Strong understanding for luxury retail with solid experience in luxury beauty and fragrances
Passionate about sales and education
Ability to communicate efficiently to large audiences in person and via digital tools
Result-driven, proactive and innovate with strong management and influencing skills
Multi-market experience in a regional or global environment
