Responsibilities

  • Report to the Operations & Facilities Manager
  • Perform general office administrative duties (e.g. prepare payment requisitions, handle incoming and outgoing faxes, procurement of office supplies, update telephone directory, data entry etc.)
  • Provide support on travel booking and in-house meetings / events
  • Cover Receptionist’s duties and Fax Room when required
  • Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Secondary education or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
