Technical Integration Specialist


The successful candidate will participate in a Digital Transformation Project for the largest telecommunications company in Hong Kong by transforming the legacy systems through the latest digital solution on agile architecture to support the next generation of CRM & Billing systems.

The new CRM & Billing Systems will provide the first class Customer Experience via innovative functions and features.

Job Duties

He / She is required to perform the following scope of duties :

  • Work with Platform and Security team to install and Configure the sandbox, development, functional test, UAT and Production environment on integration related software and components.
  • Act as Tech Lead to work with Architecture and Application team to build the prototype for developers easy to follow, which includes of Integration pattern in experience, innovative and systems layer, support application team to optimize API traffic by different technique.
  • Act as Tech Lead to work with DevOps team to build CI / CD for the integration related software, which including of Mulesoft Anypoint and Redhat Fuse and 3Scale platform.
  • Act as Tech Lead to work with Vendors to integrate with CRM Cloud Based platform and Services Provisioning systems at on premises, implement a robust integration layer in both sync and async platform to send services subscription payload to the destination, the integration layer has to provide a transparency of the order and its sub-orders status, self-recovery and performance management.
  • The Person

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT profession with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Technical Integration Specialist or equivalent
  • With hands on experience of the following areas :
  • Salesforce, Heruko and RedHat Fuse Integration
  • Mulesoft and Event Driven Architecture and Programming
  • Restful and SOAP API programming
  • Message queue; producer and consumer model to provide near real time use case is preferred
  • Experience of leading a team of technical staff to implement the integration by using Mulesoft with the Cloud-based and On-Premises Java based applications, which may include the application of SAP and Oracle ERP
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
  • Good leadership, analytical, inter-personal and problem solving skills
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility. Proactive, motivated & committed to quality results
