Technology and Operations (T&O)enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilientinfrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality &control, technology, people capability and innovation.
In T&O, we managethe majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight ourbusiness partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Provide support to daily transactionsand monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to SLA agreed with BUs interms of standard service turnaround time, accuracy and correctness and complyto bank policies and regulatory requirements especially for customer acceptancerequirements
Handle internal / external customerenquiry and timely and ensure responsive problem solving / escalate tosupervisor for enquiries from branches and other units / parties withinbenchmark
Provide periodic operational reportsand management reports as required
Perform checking and reconcilement ofgeneral ledgers and other system records on timely basis
Provide suggestions to the supervisoron ways to improve the efficiency and quality of services
Assist team leader to streamline theworkflow and update the operation manual
Provide support in ad-hoc project andassist to conduct testing on various systems enhancements to increase theefficiency and effectiveness in daily operations
Provide guidance and support tosubordinates and monitor actual performance to provide quality services tocustomers
Knowledge of consumer bankingpractices & procedures
Specialized academic qualifications orexperience in general banking operations is an advantage
Minimum 3 years experience in bankingoperations
Good PC knowledge skill
Candidate with less experience will beconsidered as Senior Officer
