ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute Product Usage, Activation and sticky billing programmes to drive card salesUnderstand key business drivers for credit cards, and execute programmes to widen product margins in support of business objectivesDevelop effective cross selling marketing plan to maximize the return from existing credit card portfolioMaintain good relationship with key merchants and partners to explore new features to maintain the growth of credit card portfolio while maintain a sound P&LWork closely with internal support units including marketing, digital teams, T&O support units, and thrive in a fast paced environment, taking on a digital and agile mindset to respond to changesAnalyze the market regularly to generate new ideas to improve the business profitability, performance and increase market competitivenessMonitor and manage marketing budget on cost saving and efficiency, and ensure sourcing policies are aligned bank needsRequirementsUniversity graduate with minimum 5 years working experience in product development / marketing experience, preferably in credit card or banking industrySelf-
