Information Technology and Sustainability Division will provide innovative technology solutions that contribute significantly to the Club's mission and strategic objectives.
You will :
Work with delivery leads and project managers to report on update status and milestone progress on various work streams and projects in the Programme.
Assist Project Managers to update financials and create forecasts to support reporting related to budget and expenditures.
Work with Finance department to maintain project financials and structure.
Prepare project documentations and administrative support to cope with the Club's standard
Maintain and Log Programme Risk, Issue and Dependency Logs to ensure relevancy and correctness
Administer Programme Change Requests (CRs) including vendor CRs and tracking the status.
Prepare mandatory PDLC artefacts for internal development including supporting evidence
Prepare mandatory PDLC artefacts for vendors deliveries and payment milestones including supporting evidence
To assist the Programme Lead to manage the cadence adhering to the governance standards and procedures in the Club
You should have :
Undergraduate qualifications in IT, Finance, Business or related areas
A minimum of 5 years relevant PMO or Project Finance experience
A strong understanding of IT project management and status reporting.
A good understanding of the Agile methodology and framework.
Must demonstrate good knowledge of commercial and contractual issues
Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation
Self- initiator with improvement oriented mindset to help establish new or improved current processes
Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
Proficiency in English is required (written and spoken), Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage.
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
