POSITION SUMMARY :
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB :
Oversee Sales & Key Account Management function, namely :
Track and communicate key airport RFPs
Sales data analysis and hind-sighting. Deliver regular business reporting by channels, new launch success, and other ad-hoc analysis as needed
Monitor and drive operator sell-through and in-stock
Optimize price strategy by market
Track Sales, Margin and EBIT to SIF
Support of Strategy & Business Development of TR for APAC :
Support for development and communication of the TR Strategic Roadmap : defining short, medium and long-term growth targets by Region, Country, Location and Operator
Develop and engage strong partnerships with key global operators
Identify Location opportunities across PVH brand portfolios which maximize ROI, while elevating brand positioning in key markets
Develop and optimize the TR Assortment Framework across the portfolio
Further refine and optimize processes, internal and external partnerships towards industry best-practice for TR
Support Retail Development function, namely :
Provide insight to store development for optimized formats and layouts
Partner on the development and execution of new Store Checklists
Involve in negotiation on T&C with the TR operators
Partner with Marketing team to provide insight and support localized marketing programs
Execute GWP and incentive programs to drive FP sales Provide insight to develop and Communicate TR VM standards
Partner with operators to monitor and communicate ongoing VM direction
Develop and conduct seasonal training in market, specialized for Travel Retail
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Degree holder with 6+ years of relevant experience in sales management, brand management and / or merchandising from luxury or prominent fashion and accessories brands.
3+ years’ experience in the Travel Retail industry with exposure to several Asian Markets and 1 year minimum of managerial experience.
Solid negotiating skills, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills as well as the ability to build long-term business partnerships to achieve business goals.
Autonomous, self-motivated, team player with a natural high level of energy.
Detail oriented and have an analytical mindset.
Possess leadership skills and is able to develop talent to support a fast growing business environment.
Strong business communications skills in English and Chinese, both written and oral, strong command of Mandarin.
Proficient in MS office, PowerPoint, experience in SAP is a plus
Regular market visits / traveling within designated markets where needed
