Our client, is a listed company, business operation in HK, China, Macau and European markets, now looking for an Assistant Training Manager to join its corporate-office expansion

Responsibilities :

  • Reporting to Senior HR Manager of the training department and handle training systems to cater to company needs and its business growth
  • Facilitate to create and initiatives the company culture building, corporate image & belongings and leadership development for talent management
  • Act as a strategic partner to design, plan, organise, and execute effective corporate training activities and strategy inputs on effectiveness development programs for various business departments at all levels
  • Responsible for a full spectrum of Training & Development function including the delivery of in-house training and seminars (such as coaching, management skill, IT enhancement skills etc), coordinating with external consultancy on training & development events
  • Work closely with business units managers in order to understand their needs, to formulate, conduct and deliver the particular training and arrange the programs to support Corporate strategies
  • Assist senior management in given consultancy service accordingly
  • Review and recommend training (source and manage the vendors) thus allow employees to adopt the new skills if needed
  • Prepare routine training and e-learning materials, manual development and maintain training database
  • Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs based on the feedback from internal users as well as the KPIs improvement
  • Conduct training evaluation, regular documentation and reports, and feedback sessions post-training
  • Follow-up and improve training materials and tools periodically to adapt individual departments requirements, the productivity of the teams align company vision
  • Participate in the ad-hoc assignment if needed
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Training & development function, with ISO monitoring experience, is a plus
  • Possess training experience is advantageous
  • Good team-building skills with the ability to influence all levels, well versed to work in sizable organisations, IT industries (IT, R&D, System, Electrics, or Telecom) is preferred
  • Strong presentation, leadership, planning, organising & execution skills
  • Detail-oriented, mature, adaptable, flexible, self-driven and able to solve problems in a logical and practical approach
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
