Major Duties :
a) To perform administrative duties in respect of one or more of the following areas :
iv) Financial and supplies matters; and
d) To assist in coordinating projects and events, and the publicity matters of the operational unit; and
e) To help implement the quality policy of the operational unit.
f) A high level of written and spoken language proficiency in both Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua; and
g) Preferably with good IT knowledge and skills.
1) Applicants are required to highlight their language proficiency (e.g. HKCEE, HKAL, IELTS, CRE, etc.) in their C.V.
2) Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test in both English and Chinese in October 2019.
3) Successful candidates may be required to work irregular hours or outside normal office hours, and to travel overseas to suit the operational needs.
4) In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees who will be posted to Shine Skills Centres will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
