Perform accounting mapping from current accounting basis to IFRS 17 basis;
Identify accounts which are exist in both current accounting standards and IFRS 17 standard, then review relevant accounting transaction to be transit to IFRS 17 ledger environment;
Perform reconciliation in IFRS 17 environment against current accounting basis;
Prepare IFRS 17 accounting manual;
Create IFRS 17 accounting model for audit purpose.
Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting or Finance;
Well experience on IFRS 17 project accounting transaction setup;
Good understanding on life insurance accounting process;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Able to work independently and maintain good collaboration with others across all levels / areas within the business;
Excellent English communication skills as you will be working closely with the US and Singapore teams on a regular basis.
Candidates from Big 4 will also be considered.
CPA and relevant professional qualification preferred;
Good knowledge in advanced Excel skills.
