Channel Manager - Chinese Segment

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a sales team to achieve business targets of the Chinese segment (non-group Chinese catering segment) in terms of volumes & revenue while maintaining price stability in the trade
  • Work closely with wholesaler & marketing teams to grow the businesses in the trade through POC activations
  • Attain monthly customer sales invoices for accounts that have direct activations
  • AR Management
  • Provide regular market intelligence, analysis and update on the Chinese segment strategies and tactics Requirements :
  • Form 7 or above
  • Relevant alcoholic beverage / beverage sales experiences related to Chinese catering segment , preferably with at least 5 years of hands on sales team management
  • Solid customers’ trade relationships and connections
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, ability to deal with rejection
  • Good understanding of alcoholic beverage business would be an advantage
  • Good sales management skills, ability to provide clear direction and discipline
