POSITION SUMMARY :
We are looking for a Supply Chain executive Fragrance to oversee the full scope of end-to-end operation and supply chain from forecasting to distribution to POS.
In his / her role, to ensures that supply, allocation decision and operational flows are in line with company direction.
The Role will also be managing the order processing with Operator Logistic arrangement as well as order status following up.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Demand, Supply & Distribution Planning
Deliver rolling 12 months Fragrance sales forecast, based on commonly shared assumptions, revise it in cooperation with HQ teams when changes are applied to underlying assumptions.
Size and monitor the different stock targets, at Warehouse, BTQ and POS level.
Size the sales forecast on product novelties, together with Marketing.
Define network strategy, together with Commercial teams, Marketing and VM to ensure coherence between supply and display.
Stock Management
Ensure optimum stock availability at the BTQ and POS level.
Leveraging dynamic reporting tool, permanently measure stock performance, and execute stock balancing between internal BTQ when required, in line with the typology strategy.
Monitor stock rotation at POS level.
Stock management base on Best Before day / Expiry date of the Fragrance, regarding POS distribution and propose action item on To-Be expired stock
Monitor stock returns, to have them executed in time, and in the most efficient way for the teams involved
Stock Distribution
Align with Operators regarding POS allocation and Order Processing
Arrange and follow-up Order Status and logistic arrangement for different networks
Pricing, invoicing and receivables
Make sure standard pricing policy is well reflected in the orders and follow up on all invoicing.
Alert on credit limit and overdue. Ask Finance to release orders when needed.
Release credits note on returns. Issue debit / credit memo.
Continuous Improvement, Analytics, Intelligence, Projects
Design and build analytics work, to deepen the understanding of the business and its evolution.
Proactively work with HQ on Supply Chain initiatives, feed a permanent feedback loop to raise local opinion, views and insights.
Continuous review the existing process and activities for improvement and performance enhancement.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
3 years’ experience in Supply Chain
Graduate from Mathematics, Engineer or Business school.
IT savvy
High Level on Excel, PowerBI are a plus
Fluent in Cantonese and English
ERP experience
Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, ability to plan
