Job description

  • Provide regional customer service for offline and online customer in APAC region (Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore and Taiwan)
  • Provide quality service to customer via phone, email and live chat
  • Handle customer enquiry / complaint and enhance customer experience
  • Support E-Commerce department to provide order fulfillment service
  • Direct coordinate with Logistics department and carrier for shipping and return service
  • Assist customer in online purchase
  • Prepare and analyze monthly customer satisfaction report
  • Perform ad hoc duties if necessary
  • Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail customer service
  • Experience in E-Commerce operation in fashion retail industry is preferably
  • Familiar with E-Commerce platform and order management system (e.g. SalesForce)
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Capable to adapt to a fast pace environment
